Google has confirmed that the game Codex is indeed in development for PC.
Codex is a massively multiplayer game, and the developer, The Codex Games, have announced that it’s on track to release on Windows PC.
The game, which has been in development since 2016, will have players battle each other in a series of complex online battles and online multiplayer.
Codex will be available for PC, Mac, Linux and Linux-only devices.
The game has been heavily praised on Steam since it was announced in August 2017.
It has received a mixed reception on Steam Greenlight, which allows developers to showcase their games on the service.
“Codex” is set in a world of intrigue and mystery, where players must explore a vast open world in search of clues that will lead them to the whereabouts of the Codex, a mysterious artifact created by the titular “Codex”, and the secrets of the ancient civilization of the Ancient One.
The Codestars, an elite secret society of assassins, use their advanced weaponry to kill their enemies, and take on threats to the secrets the ancient city holds.
According to a recent report from IGN, Codex has been approved for release on Linux by Valve.
A Steam release date is yet to be announced.
